Flat rate shipping within Canada is $12 Canadian.

Flat rate shipping to USA is $15 Canadian.

In-stock orders generally ship within 3 business days.

Canada Post Xpresspost delivery time within Canada is 2 business days.

Canada Post Xpresspost-USA delivery time is 3-5 business days between Canada and major centres in the USA. Xpresspost delivers to all points in the USA.

Delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
